Rice Krispie Monsters

Materials

  • Candy melts
  • Cooking Oil
  • Rice Krispie Treats
  • Sprinkles, icing, etc. for decorating

Instructions

  1. Put candy melts in separate bowls and microwave at 50% power for 30 seconds. Take out, stir and repeat until candy melts are completely melted
  2. Add 1/2 teaspoon of cooking oil per 1/2 cup of candy melts to thin the consistency
  3. Dip in your Rice Krispie treat so only the top gets covered in candy melt
  4. Place the treat on parchment paper to harden
  5. Let sit for 40 minutes then decorate
