Wheel of Fit Craft


  • Paper plate
  • Construction paper
  • Thumb tack
  • Markers/pencil crayons


  1. Draw lines across the paper plate to split into six (6) sections
  2. Colour each section
  3. Label each section with an exercise you enjoy
  4. Cut out an arrow and pin it in the middle (not too tight!)
  5. Spin the wheel and do the activity the arrow lands on
