Proposal: The applications propose to rezone the subject lands to Urban Residential Multiple Type Three (RM3) with site specific exceptions to facilitate a residential development that consists of 15 townhouse dwellings on a private condominium road and 1 single detached dwelling.

Status: The applications were recently submitted and deemed complete for processing purposes. The materials submitted with the applications have been circulated to Township staff and external agencies for review and comment. The Township is providing an opportunity to the public to review the materials and provide any questions or comments ahead of a public meeting to be held in the future. Applications for Site Plan approval and a Draft Plan of Condominium will also be required to be submitted in the future to move forward with the proposed development.
