Proposal:

The purpose of the Draft Plan of Subdivision is to create five (5) single detached dwelling lots on private servicing (septic system and well). Four (4) lots are proposed to have frontage and access onto Washago Bay Lane whereas one (1) lot is proposed to have frontage and access onto View Lake Road. The Draft Plan includes two Right-of-Way blocks to be conveyed to the Township to facilitate future road improvements.
