Proposal:The applications are proposing to rezone the lands to Hamlet Residential - Private Services (HR1) to facilitate the development of 9 single detached dwelling lots on private water and septic services.
Status: The applications were recently submitted and deemed complete for processing purposes. The materials submitted with the applications have been circulated to Township staff and external agencies for review and comment. The Township is providing an opportunity to the public to review the materials and provide any questions or comments ahead of a public meeting to be held in the future.
