With the Queen Street Pedestrian Project closing Queen Street, between Water Street and Perry Street each Saturday and Sunday, for the next four weeks, here’s what you need to know regarding parking downtown. There is free public parking in nine municipal lots. Additional private parking will be made available to the public behind the Visitor’s Centre (250 Queen Street), on weekends. Five new temporary accessible parking spaces have also been added.
