Proposal: The purpose of the Draft Plan of Subdivision application is to subdivide the lands for 13 single detached dwelling residential lots on private services along with a stormwater management block, parkland blocks, a cemetery block, open space blocks and a road.

Status: On April 2, 2016, the Region of Durham granted draft plan approval to the proposed subdivision, which was extended in March 2019. With recent changes to the Planning Act, the draft plan approval now lapses on April 2, 2025. The applicant is working on fulfulling conditions of draft plan approval.
