Participate in informal conversations with staff about the future of Scugog. Share your ideas on priorities for the next strategic plan at the Scugog Community Recreation Centre from 6:00-7:30pm in meeting room 2 (across from Pad 2)

Staff along with Susan Hall, LURA (consultant) presented the draft Corporate Strategic Plan - Staff Report Strategic Plan Sessions and Draft Strategy for 2022-2026 Term of Council

Township staff will be available at the Scugog Community Recreation Centre (1655 Reach St., Port Perry) on Family Day (February 20, 2023) to provide an in-person overview of the draft plan and answer questions. Additional in person opportunities will be announced on social media.

Staff presented a report Draft Corporate Strategic Plan Update Feedback and Draft Plan Design on Monday, June 26, 2023 to Council.

The report was approved with staff working with the designer on the final plan document.

The Strategic Plan will be featured in the October 2023 edition of the Focus on Scugog publication. A digital version is available in the Strategic Plan & Staff Reports list.
