The Draft Plan of Subdivision application was received by the Region of Durham. 

The Subdivision Application was deemed complete for processing purposes by the Region of Durham. 

The Zoning By-law Amendment application was received by the Township of Scugog.

The Zoning By-law Amendment Application was deemed complete for processing purposes by the Township of Scugog.

A Virtual Public Meeting to be held at 6:30pm. Residents can watch the public meeting via the Township's Official YouTube Channel. 

A recommendation report on these applications will be presented to the Township Planning and Community Affairs Committee meeting on April 19th at 6:30pm. This meeting can be viewed on the Township's Official YouTube Channel. 

Township Council passed Zoning By-law 15-21.

The Region of Durham is the approval authority for subdivisions. The Region granted draft approval on May 28, 2021.
