Proposal: The applications are proposing the development of 80 townhouse units, comprised of 33 dual frontage townhouses, 36 back-to-back townhouses and 11 block townhouse. The purpose of the proposed Official Plan Amendment is to re-designate the south parcel from Neighbourhood Commercial to Residential and permit back-to-back townhouse dwellings in the Residential designation. The purpose of the Zoning By-law Amendment is to rezone the subject lands to permit the proposed townhouse development, The subdivision has proposed road connections to King Street and Calwell Drive.

Status: The applications were recently submitted and deemed complete for processing purposes. The materials submitted with the applications have been circulated to Township staff and external agencies for review and comment. The Township is providing an opportunity to the public to review the materials and provide any questions or comments ahead of a public meeting to be held in the future.
